Responsible to: Working under the direction of the Office Manager
Purpose of the Job: To provide clerical and administrative support to the school
We are looking for a keen Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to provide full administrative support for the school and good customer service. The successful candidate's primary role will be the first point of contact for the members of our school community (parents, staff and visitors), answering the telephone, managing our email inbox, following up enquiries as appropriate and generally helping the office run smoothly. You will have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots enthusiasm.

A good general education including GCSE English and Maths is required together with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and confidence in the use of IT systems. Applicants must have good communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour. The ability to use your own initiative will make you an ideal candidate, as will your cheerful disposition, common sense, patience and excellent sense of humour!
This position will play an important and integral role in supporting the organisational strength of our school.

8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 15:30 pm Friday
Required as soon as possible, we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated professional with drive and ambition, to act as the Data and Exams Officer at Falconer School. We are now looking to recruit a Data and Exams Officer to our warm and supportive staff team. This is a professional support staff role which requires a high level of administrative skills. It requires a level of attention to detail. It requires a person who is proactive, and takes pride in accuracy of work.
The role includes:
- processing internal assessment data (coordinate, collation and distribution of internal assessments, data and reports)
- Running reports on the Arbor system
- Ensure data within the system is up to date
- managing CTF transfers
- may also include acting as GDPR officer for the school for the right experience level candidate
