We have a specialist Speech & Language Therapist once a week who comes to Falconer School and assesses each student's receptive language skills to ensure all verbal and written instructions are at the appropriate level for each individual student to understand. This helps to empower the students and offers greater opportunities for them to thrive in their lessons.

The long-term goal is to offer social skills groups to all students, enabling them to interact in a safe environment, learning appropriate skills which they can then take and use in the wider community.
