KS3 Parents Consultations
Dear Parent/Carer
I wish to remind you that school will be closing at 12.30pm on Wednesday 21st October 2020 for students in Key Stage 4 – Year 10 and Year 11; this is due Parents Consultations being held for our students in Key Stage 3 – Year 7, 8 & 9 from 1.30pm to 4.00pm on this date.
Parents/Carers will be contacted by Form Tutors to arrange an appointment time – should you prefer this to be conducted via Zoom then this will be organised for you.
Students in Year 7, 8 & 9 will be given the option to stay in school until parents/carers arrive at their allocated time or to travel home at 12.30pm. Please inform the form tutor of your preference when she/he contacts you to arrange your appointment
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Normal transport arrangements will apply on Thursday 22nd October 2020
